Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Concrete. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, engaging our community, and showcasing Amazon’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for crafting compelling stories and messaging that resonate across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Manage and optimize Amazon's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Generate, curate, and manage published content across platforms to drive customer engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key social media performance metrics to enhance campaign impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Customer Service, and Product Management, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Engage with customers and followers by replying to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and A/B testing, to achieve specific revenue and return on investment metrics.
- Identify trends and emerging technologies to keep our social media approach fresh and innovative.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct competitive analysis to keep our social media strategies ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts with demonstrated success in engagement metrics.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with an affinity for storytelling and brand representation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
